These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr32 ("pkr32", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By completing the pkr32 registration process, logging into an existing pkr32 account, or otherwise accessing any part of the pkr32 platform, you unequivocally agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through pkr32, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, game shows, sports betting markets (including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and tennis), and all associated promotional offers, bonuses, loyalty rewards, and payment transactions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

pkr32's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pkr32 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr32 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. pkr32 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

pkr32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at pkr32's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as a voluntary closure requested by the player — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
